On April 15, 2025, the general meeting of CNP Assurances voted unanimously to renew Véronique Weill’s term as a director for a period of four years. On the same day, the Board of Directors also unanimously decided to renew her term as Chair of the Board.
This dual renewal recognizes Véronique Weill’s unwavering commitment and strategic vision; she will now serve CNP Assurances until the 2029 Annual General Meeting, which will approve the financial statements for the 2028 fiscal year.
A recognized figure in the insurance and finance sectors, Véronique Weill will also continue to serve on the Board of Directors’ specialized committees. She expressed her gratitude to the Board for its renewed confidence, as well as to La Banque Postale, the Group’s lead shareholder, for its support.
“I look forward to continuing, alongside Marie-Aude Thépaut, the Group’s Chief Executive Officer, the multi-partner and international development strategy that we are pursuing with the same determination,” she stated.
