In an environment where the expectations of high-net-worth clients are evolving rapidly, what insights led to the creation of MyKeeApp, and what key challenge are you seeking to address?
The redesign of MyKeeApp stems from a clear observation: high-net-worth clients today expect a seamless, mobile, and transparent relationship with their wealth manager. However, existing apps often lacked user-friendliness, clarity in portfolio visualization, and responsiveness in accessing information. MyKeeApp was therefore redesigned to address a central challenge: putting the user experience back at the heart of wealth management. Our goal is simple: to offer a consolidated, real-time view of assets, accessible 24/7, while strengthening the quality of the relationship between client and advisor.

One of MyKeeApp’s major strengths is its ability to present, at a glance, an aggregated view of a client’s entire wealth, regardless of its complexity.Through an intuitive interface, financial and non-financial assets are categorized and presented according to distribution or allocation criteria. Key metrics (valuation, liabilities, allocation, performance) are contextualized, tracked over time, and easily accessible. This visual consolidation serves as a decision-making tool for both the client and their advisor.
How does integrating the KYC questionnaire into the app meet compliance requirements while streamlining the customer journey?
We have integrated the KYC module directly into MyKeeApp to simplify a step often perceived as burdensome. Clients can now fulfill their regulatory obligations securely from their mobile devices via a guided and intuitive process. For portfolio managers, this means compliant, fast, and centralized data collection.
