Effective June 16, 2025, Émilie Serrurier-Hoël officially assumes the role of CEO at Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA, a strategic appointment that underscores the group’s commitment to strong local leadership and long-term European growth.
With nearly 20 years of experience in Luxembourg’s financial industry, she brings a rare blend of expertise across wealth management, regulatory affairs, corporate strategy, and operational leadership. Following a successful tenure at Banque Internationale à Luxembourg (BIL), she joined Mirabaud, where she has led key functions across strategy, marketing, and business development. Most recently, she headed Wealth Management in Luxembourg.
