The asset management firm MNK Partners continues to expand its expertise by welcoming Carson Fung as an Investment Analyst. This strategic appointment is part of the firm’s commitment to strengthening its position in the pan-European real estate investment market.
A graduate in Real Estate Investment and Finance from Nottingham Trent University and Singapore Management University, Carson Fung has extensive experience in the fields of finance and real estate. He has previously worked at Nottinghamshire County Council and Goldstone Commercial, a UK-based real estate investment firm. His expertise spans acquisition, development, asset management, and fund structuring.
In his new role, Carson Fung will actively contribute to the selection and acquisition of real estate assets for MNK Partners’ investment vehicles, notably the SCPI Reason. Launched in 2024, this SCPI targets an unguaranteed distribution rate of 8.5% in 2025 and has already made investments in the education sector in Ireland and the United Kingdom.
This appointment strengthens MNK Partners’ international approach and demonstrates its commitment to offering high-performing, innovative, and diversified investment solutions to its clients.
