The independent asset management firm MNK Partners has reached a milestone in the development of its Reason real estate investment trust (SCPI). As it celebrates the first anniversary of this investment strategy, the company is announcing the acquisition of its eighth property, this time in the Netherlands, within the dynamic economic hub of Eindhoven. This strategic transaction, carried out via a sale-and-leaseback arrangement, not only strengthens the portfolio’s geographic diversification but also pushes Reason’s assets under management past the €32 million mark.

A foothold in a European innovation hub

The property benefits from a strategic location fifteen minutes from Eindhoven, in the heart of the region often dubbed the “European Silicon Valley.” This environment, driven by a dynamic technological and academic ecosystem, ensures sustainable, high-quality rental demand.

The 9,207 m² property complex comprises offices, showrooms, and warehouses. It is fully leased for ten years to a European company specializing in water treatment, ensuring stable income and portfolio strength.

Performance and Expertise

The total acquisition price amounts to €6.52 million, representing a yield of 8.30%. Founded in 2019 and authorized by the AMF and the CSSF, MNK Partners is part of the MNK Group, which operates seven offices across Europe and Africa and manages over €500 million in assets.

ESG Commitment at the Heart of Reason

The Reason SCPI embodies a new generation of investment vehicles that combine performance and sustainability. MNK Partners integrates ESG criteria into every stage of the investment process to balance returns with responsibility.

Like any real estate investment, investing in an SCPI involves risks, including the risk of capital loss and illiquidity. The recommended investment horizon for the Reason SCPI is eight years.
