Weinberg Capital Partners, a firm dedicated to the transformation of prime real estate assets, and Diderot Real Estate announce the completion of CINETIQ, a new 19,000-square-meter logistics facility developed for France Boissons (Heineken Group), in Buchelay, in the Yvelines department.
Less than a year after construction began, this strategic project enables France Boissons to consolidate two existing sites and modernize its logistics operations at the heart of its catchment area. It is now the group’s largest warehouse.
Designed in collaboration with France Boissons’ teams, the project stands out for its architectural quality, environmental performance, and bespoke design. The site is BREEAM-certified at the “Excellent” level, features a rooftop solar power plant, and includes an ambitious landscaping plan that promotes local biodiversity.
“Thanks to the work of the teams at Diderot Real Estate and the commitment of France Boissons, we have created a benchmark asset in logistics in France. This project fully embodies our strategy: investing in and transforming prime assets through a sustainable and targeted approach,
” said Jean-Philippe Olgiati, Partner and Head of Real Estate at Weinberg Capital Partners.
“This project perfectly illustrates our ability to deliver turnkey projects with high architectural and environmental value-added, in partnership with committed investors such as Weinberg Capital Partners,”
emphasized Arié Natan, Deputy CEO of Operations at Diderot Real Estate.
With this new project, Weinberg Capital Partners, a member of Hubfinance, reaffirms its momentum in next-generation logistics real estate, aligned with the sustainability and performance priorities of major users.
