A leader in the new generation of private equity, Openstone is shaking up the world of alternative investing by combining institutional access with innovative structuring. At Paris Wealth Day 2025, its co-founder Nadim Takchi presented a bold vision: to make the strategies of the world’s leading asset managers accessible to private investors, with the same level of rigor, performance, and flexibility as institutional investors.

Making institutional investing accessible

Through its Evergreen funds of funds, Openstone provides access to the strategies of the world’s leading real estate private equity and private debt managers—BlackRock, EQT, Carlyle, Ares, Goldman Sachs, and LGT Capital Partners. These are managers typically reserved for institutional investors, with minimum investment thresholds in the tens of millions of euros. Here, the threshold starts at €30,000 or €100,000, thanks to a collaborative and selective approach, fueled by direct ties with these investment firms.

Reinventing liquidity in the private market

Openstone’s other challenge: making the Evergreen model a driver of sustainable performance. By combining its closed-end real estate funds with Openstone Yield, an Evergreen private debt fund, the company has developed a cash management mechanism that is unique in the market.
Every euro not yet invested is reallocated to a liquid, uncorrelated strategy, preserving overall returns while managing volatility.

An ingenious and rare approach that finally allows wealth managers, family offices, and private banks to offer their clients direct access to leading global private equity managers with the flexibility and transparency they’ve been waiting for.
